As a Roofer, you will install, repair, andmaintaincommercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal, and other low-slope roofing materials.

Minimum Qualifications- Education
:
High School/GED preferred butnotrequired.
- Experience
: 1-3 Years Minimum in Commercial Roofing.
- Driver’s License
:
Preferred but not required.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability toidentifyand resolve problems.
- Willingness to learn new roofing systems, techniques, and equipment.
- Problem‑solving skillsand the ability to work independently when needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing jobsite conditions and priorities.
- Install, repair, and replace commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal, and other low‑slope roofing materials.
- Measure, cut, and install roofing materials according to project specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
- Install insulation, vapor barriers, flashing, sealants, and waterproofing systems.
- Diagnose roof damage and perform repairs using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Safelyoperatehand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment.
- Load, unload, and transport roofing materials and equipment on the jobsite.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each project.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
- Assist with training and mentoring newer team members as experience allows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Requires the ability to lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds.
- Requires the ability to stand, walk, and balance forlong periodsof time.
- Requires use of abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without giving out or fatiguing.
- Requires seeing details at close range.
- Requires repetitive movement, bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, stooping, or crawling.
- Requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Exposure to extremely bright or inadequate lighting.
- Working in temperatures above 90°F or below 32°F.
- Exposure to loud, distracting, or uncomfortable noise levels.
- Exposure to contaminants, hazardous materials, and potentially hazardous equipment.
- Working at heights and in other potentially dangerous conditions.
