Pickering & Company Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician and Floater for our Greensboro, NC communities. You will maintain grounds, amenities, and residential homes, respond to work orders, and turn units for new residents.
You'll report to the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with property staff. Must have own tools and a valid driver's license; physical fitness and willingness to work weekends are required. Prior certifications (CFC, CPO, HVAC) kept current where possible.
