Kisco Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Abbotswood at Irving Park in Greensboro, NC. The role covers upkeep of buildings, grounds, and support systems, with a pay range of $19.50–$20 per hour.
You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and prepare vacant apartments for rent-ready condition. A valid driver’s license and prior maintenance experience are needed.
