UNC Greensboro is seeking a Facility Maintenance Mech Tradesman to perform repair and preventive maintenance on campus steam distribution and condensate return systems. The role includes heating systems, pump repair, welding, plumbing, and administrative tasks to support a 6 million sq ft campus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent; trade experience preferred. Salary range posted; work hours 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday. This is a full-time staff position with benefits.
