Primary Purpose Of Position
Reporting directly to the Head Coach for the Volleyball program with the primary responsibility to support the Head Coach in administration of a competitive Volleyball program that adheres to all University, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
Responsibilities- Provide coaching and administrative assistance to the Head Coach.
- Assist with scouting and recruiting of student‑athletes.
- Assist with promotions and fund‑raising.
- Monitor the training, academic progress, and eligibility status of student‑athletes.
- Manage team travel.
- Oversee discipline, conduct, and image of student‑athletes.
Bachelor’s Degree required. 1‑2 years of collegiate coaching preferred or 1 or more years of high school/club experience.
Preferred Experience , Skills, Training, Education- Minimum 3 years collegiate coaching experience or collegiate/professional playing experience with high school/club coaching.
- Good communication skills, written and oral.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi‑task.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and social media platforms.
