Regional lane coverage and established customer freight help create a dependable workweek built around familiar routes and steady freight movement. CDL-A drivers operate within a regional network designed to provide productive miles while returning home every weekend for a full 48-hour reset.
Most runs average around 250 miles, allowing drivers to maintain a consistent pace throughout the week. Approximately half of the freight is drop and hook, reducing delays at customer locations while all freight remains no-touch so drivers can stay focused on the road.
Every CDL-A driver is assigned a late-model Freightliner Cascadia with no slip seating. Each truck includes double bunks, SiriusXM radio, a 24-inch HD television, refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and a 1,500-watt inverter, providing the comfort and convenience needed for regional driving.
Weekly pay is $1,350 to $1,650, with direct deposit every Friday. Drivers also receive additional compensation for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during their first weeks. A Monday through Friday schedule provides dependable weekend home time with a full 48-hour reset.
Regional freight moves across established Northeast and Midwest lanes with a balanced combination of live loads and approximately 50% drop-and-hook freight. Familiar routing and recurring customer freight help reduce unnecessary downtime while supporting a productive weekly schedule.
