Momentum Textiles & Wallcovering is seeking a full time Shipping and Logistics Lead in Greensboro, North Carolina. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Shipping and Logistics Lead to oversee our outbound shipping operations and serve as the primary point of contact for all freight-related activity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys balancing team leadership with logistics coordination. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and customers to ensure shipments are accurate, on time, and properly billed—including domestic and international shipments.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all shipping and freight-related requests
• Coordinate shipments via UPS, Fed Ex, LTL, and international carriers
• Provide freight quotes and recommend cost-effective shipping solutions
• Communicate directly with customers, vendors, and their logistics teams to arrange shipments and pickups
• Manage and resolve shipping issues, delays, and claims
• Resolve shipping issues, delays, and claims

• Oversee daily shipping processes to ensure all orders are shipped accurately and on time
• Generate shipping documents and maintain accurate shipment records and tracking
• Ensure all shipments are processed and billed/invoiced daily
• Coordinate carrier pickups and dock scheduling

• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to meet customer shipping needs
• Communicate proactively on order issues, delays, or special requirements
• Act as the escalation point for shipping-related issues within the warehouse
• Manage and order supplies for the warehouse team

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with UPS, Fed Ex, and LTL freight coordination
• Experience with international shipping, including customs documentation, required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail, especially with shipping accuracy and billing
• Experience with warehouse management or shipping systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Live in Greensboro or the surrounding area
