We are seeking dependable and safety-focused CDL B Drivers to join our client in Columbus, OH. Drivers will safely operate commercial vehicles in residential and commercial areas while transporting and handling waste materials according to company, DOT, and safety requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level commercial driver who is committed to safe driving, reliable service, and maintaining a professional attitude while working in a variety of driving conditions.

• Safely operate commercial vehicles in residential and commercial areas, including high-traffic and tight driving conditions.
• Transport and handle residential and commercial waste in accordance with company safety and operating standards.
• Travel between the office, customer locations, and job sites as required.
• Complete assigned routes and responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable DOT regulations , company policies, and safety procedures.
• Conduct required vehicle inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work flexible schedules, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational needs require.

• Ability to enter safely and exit commercial vehicles repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform physical duties associated with waste collection and transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and perform other physical activities as required by the position.

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
• The schedule may vary based on operational requirements. Overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Valid DOT certification or ability to obtain before hire.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Clean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations within the past 2 years.
• No disqualifying DUI/OVI offenses.
• Ability to operate a commercial vehicle in urban safely, residential, and commercial environments.
• Reliable attendance and strong commitment to workplace safety.
