Patient Transport Driver

Guilford Health Care Center in Greensboro, NC is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as ais seeking qualified individuals to join our growing team as Patient Transport Driver.

As the Transporter, you are at the forefront of our ability to provide Care Beyond Compare with the exceptional hands-on care you deliver. As a member of the team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that we are getting residents to their outside appointments safely. • Manage and schedule resident appointments
• Schedule outside transportation as needed
• Drive the company wheelchair van to transport residents to various appointments

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Clean driving record
• Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
