Logistics Associate

. As a Logistics Associate I, you’ll help deliver products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments. You’ll support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Work Week & Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00am to 6:00pm.

• Gain hands-on experience with logistics systems and warehouse operations

• Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets
• Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment
• Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts
• Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records
• Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues
• Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction
• Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments
• Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead
• Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles
• Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts
• Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations

• High School diploma or equivalent
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role

• Previous plant or warehouse experience
• Experience using Raymond-brand stand-up forklifts
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience working independently and as part of a team

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range: The pay rate is $20 per hour with a shift differential. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws. Many factors influence compensation.
