Sirius Staffing is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate for temp-to-hire opportunities in Whitsett, NC. This role will be on the 1st shift and is responsible for daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on accuracy and organization.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to read, speak, and understand English
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against shipping documents (packing lists, bills of lading, etc.)
• Enter received goods into the warehouse system using purchase orders or advance ship notices, noting and resolving discrepancies with the Receiving Technician
• Inspect returned materials to confirm condition and quantities against return authorizations
• Pick materials from inventory using pick lists or handheld scanners and move items to designated order‑fill areas
• Load products into cartons or onto pallets according to order requirements
• Verify counts and record data using barcode scanners and manual system entries
• Package orders according to established packaging guidelines
• Label shipments and include required documentation
• Process outbound shipment transactions, ensuring accurate counts and packaging integrity
• Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate with carriers to ensure proper loading and labeling
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership, including supervisors and leads
