Parts and Inventory Specialist

Our Procurement/Parts Department is looking for a motivated Parts & Inventory Specialist to help keep everything running smoothly! Whether you’re receiving shipments, managing inventory, or picking parts to support our team leads, this role is at the heart of our operations.

We’re looking for team players with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

General

As a Parts and Inventory Specialist, you will:

• Receive and process incoming parts and materials.
• Manage inventory to ensure parts are properly organized and tracked.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pick and distribute parts for team leads to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve inventory challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing (MFG) environment preferred.
• Direct experience with receiving or inventory management highly preferred.
• Performance:
  Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and move parts/materials as needed (some items may be heavy).
• Experience with ERP inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a structured environment.
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Work Environment

• 100% onsite position within warehouse/operations areas
• Fast‑paced and physically active environment
• Collaboration with Procurement, Operations, and Technical teams

Salary & Benefits

• 80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service
• Medical insurance – 100% employer contribution, participating plans
• $10K Life insurance – 100% employer contribution
• Dental/Vision – employee contribution
• 401K – 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% match
• Weekly payday, every Friday
• Quarterly profit sharing, up to 20% of annual wages
