Receiving Clerk

Duration:

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Essential

Job Duties

Receive purchased and manufactured part and customer supplied material.
Ensure materials and parts are in processed in a timely manner.
Maintain paperwork/traceability of all incoming material to include Packing Lists, Certs, 8130"s, Conformity data and any other pertinent information.
Ensure log sheets are properly completed and maintained.
Loads/Unloads trucks and delivery vehicles as needed.
Maintain neat and orderly Receiving area.

Secondary Duties

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications Minimum

High school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Has a thorough knowledge of common receiving practices and warehouse operations, i.e., forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
Must have working knowledge of receipt, verification and stocking of parts.
Must have the ability to lead people and accept responsibility.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language.

Physical Requirements

May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
Subject to continual loud noises.
Normal or corrected hearing and vision are required.
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, stand for prolonged periods of time; climb steps and ladders.
Must be able to safely work around hazardous chemicals, solvents, resins and adhesives.
