Job DescriptionJob Summary
Warehouse Operator/Material Handler uses a variety of equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies and finished products or goods within a plant, office or warehouse. May maintain data records and create KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).
Schedule
2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
- Monday through Friday (Evening Shift)
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma preferred
- Appropriate licenses/training/certifications as needed required
Experience
- Forklift, Reach Truck experience required
- SAP applications
- Warehouse, Inventory Management Systems and Inventory Control Systems analytics and methods
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
- Lean Methodology knowledge preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without restrictions required
- Ability to understand instructions
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally, writing and reading in English
- Ability to apply experience to complete assignments and to facilitate the work activities of others
- Ability to interact professionally with management team
Availability
- Be available to work extended hours including weekends and holidays
