1st Shift Full Time Forklift Operator I
The 1st Shift Full Time Forklift Operator I is responsible for various assignments within the warehouse. Duties include building pallets, inbound unloading, outbound loading, replenishment, and customer order fulfillment. The role involves retrieving and stacking products while maintaining safety and accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities- Retrieve and place product cases onto pallets per pick tickets, ensuring safety and stability.
- Unload inbound product and transport items to designated storage areas safely and efficiently.
- Load outbound product onto trailers for shipping, maintaining accuracy.
- Replenish product to pick and mezzanine areas, ensuring correct placement.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area and warehouse.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while lifting 30-75 lbs.
- Team collaboration and coordination skills.
- Organizational skills for efficient warehouse processes.
- Adaptability to work in different areas throughout the day.
- Reading and interpreting computer‑screen instructions.
- Attention to detail and ability to differentiate packages.
- Ability to work in noisy, non‑temperature‑controlled environments.
- Self‑starter who seeks value‑add opportunities.
- Flexibility in scheduling, with work hours subject to change.
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred QualificationsPIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification for Pallet Jack, Single Forklift, Double Forklift, Scrubber.
Work EnvironmentNoisy and non‑temperature‑controlled environment, including high and low temperatures.
