Warehouse Associate / Equipment Operator (Hybrid Role)

$18.50/hr

9:00am-5:30pm

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate / Equipment Operator is a versatile, hybrid role responsible for supporting multiple areas of warehouse operations. This position includes a mix of machine operation (cherry picker, sit-down forklift) and manual tasks such as picking, packing, and table work. This is not a full-time machine position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform floor picking and packing of customer orders
• Sort and organize products by style, size, and color
• Assist with packing operations at workstations (standing/walking required)
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including:
• • Cherry picker
  • Sit-down forklift
• Fill in on different machines or tasks based on daily operational needs
• Use RF scanners to track and verify inventory
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Support team members across departments to ensure workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required
• Experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks required.
• Comfortable switching between equipment operation and manual labor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility
• Willingness to be cross-trained and adapt to daily needs

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, and moving between work areas
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to alternate between equipment operation and hands-on tasks
