Safety Specialist

We are seeking a Safety Specialist responsible for applying scientific and practical safety knowledge to enhance safety systems, processes, equipment, and tools in alignment with daily operations and innovation goals.

• Lead safety-related improvement projects and support plant themes.
• Implement PDCA cycles to minimize injuries and hazards, ensuring continuous safety enhancements.
• Collaborate with department leaders and safety committees to foster a strong safety culture.
• Interpret and apply safety management policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, ergonomic studies, and safety data analysis.
• Prepare detailed safety reports, analyze trends, and communicate findings effectively.
• Develop technical expertise and professional skills within the safety domain.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields, with 0-4 years of safety experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Effective communication, data analysis, problem-solving, and planning abilities.
• Experience with root cause analysis, risk assessments, and safety compliance documentation.

Work conditions may involve manufacturing and office environments, with potential for overtime, shift work, and minimal travel. The role emphasizes innovation, safety excellence, and continuous professional development.
