Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 9-year-old female child in a home setting. Location is New Stanton, PA, with a day shift and Monday–Friday schedule.
Duties include ADLs, G-tube care, medication administration, and close collaboration with the family and care team. Requirements include an active LPN (or RN) license in PA, graduation from an accredited nursing program, CPR certification, and at least 6 months of nursing experience.
