Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a defined sales territory
- Prospect, generate, and close new business opportunities
- Present agronomic and ag technology solutions to growers
- Build long‑term relationships through consultative selling
- Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape
- Strong skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
- Demonstrated ability in Relationship Building and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills in verbal and written formats
- Proactive problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset
- Results‑driven and self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- Prior experience in agriculture‑related sales is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
- Develop a strong understanding of farming operations and regional crop production cycles

Outside Sales Representatives are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Salary + Commission with performance expectations
- Potential On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000‑$100,000+
