What you will do Troubleshoot and repair 480V motor/drive systems, PLC and control circuits

Service and diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Execute preventive and predictive maintenance routines

Repair and sustain automated production equipment: presses, furnaces, conveyors, and robots

Read/interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation

Perform welding and fabrication when required

Contribute to safety improvements and continuous improvement efforts

Respond promptly to unplanned downtime

What qualifies you Journeyman certification or equivalent industrial maintenance background5+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience

Strong electrical diagnostics; PLC familiarity preferred

Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation

Available for any shift with overtime as needed (12-hour day and night shifts available)
Detail-oriented problem solver with a strong safety commitment

Physical demands

Lift up to 50 lbs Stand, walk, bend; work in industrial conditions

Comfort working at heights and in confined spaces when required

Compensation

Base pay: $38.00–$40.00 per hour Night premium: +$3.00/hour (night shift only)
Sign-on bonus: $3,000 after 180 days

Paid time off: 3 weeks of vacation after a 90-day probationary period
