We are currently seeking an Intermediate-Level Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at our Greensburg, IN facility.

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a technician who has solid foundational experience and is continuing to build advanced electrical and mechanical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Assist with diagnosing motors, drives, PLC-controlled equipment, and production machinery
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Support installation and startup of new or upgraded equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of electrical systems (24
DCV up to 480V 3 Phase) - Experience with mechanical systems, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Ability to overtime as needed
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in industrial conditions
- Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as required
