• Assist with the month-end close process
• The Staff Accountant will prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Generate and analyze financial reports
• Perform data entry, document scanning, and other accounting support tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with account reconciliations
• The Staff Accountant will utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and report financial data
• The Staff Accountant will collaborate with the accounting team to support daily financial operations

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
