Project Manager

We are a construction company specializing in storm restoration, specifically through insurance claims. We are looking to hire project managers to help facilitate the restoration process between our company, homeowners, and their insurance companies. All training is provided and no experience is necessary; however, a sales or construction background is helpful.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating business through conversations with homeowners in affected areas in the community.
• Inspecting, measuring, and estimating properties.
• Meeting with insurance adjusters to review damage on properties.
• Writing material orders.
• Monitoring the job site during build processes.
• Faxing and invoicing documents to insurance companies.
• Collecting funds when work is completed.

Applicants need to be self-motivated, energetic, organized, and able to follow direction. A good work ethic is a must, as well as a positive attitude.

Applicants must:

• Be able to climb a 1 story ladder.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be willing or able to learn how to initiate conversations with neighbors in surrounding communities.
