Schedule (Including any on call/weekends):
Mon-Fri, 8 hour days, 1 evening of on-call per week (5pm-10pm) and 1 weekend per month (Sat/Sun)

The Role:

Join our client's extraordinary care team as a Home Health Admission RN.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and a supportive work environment. Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree, RN license, and relevant experience in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
Collaborate with the care team
Deliver quality patient care
Meet critical deadlines for charting
Self-manage time and schedule
Utilize tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

Qualifications:

Associate degree or higher
1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Other EMR
Practice Partner EMR
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
Valid Regular Driver License (DL) certification/license
ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
