Independence Health System - - Responsibilities:
Assist consumers with in-home activities of daily living.;
Follow written care plan established by supervisory personnel.;
Provide personal care including bathing, shampooing, dressing, shopping, preparation, and serving of meals.;
Maintain confidentiality of consumer records and related information in accordance with HIPAA and agency guidelines.;
Complete and submit timesheets weekly and the schedule of consumer visits monthly.
