Independence Health System - - Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect patient care in accordance with regulation, agency policies, procedures, protocols, and other professional standards of care.;
Perform or assist patient with activities of daily living.;
Communicate pertinent information to the supervising professional/supervisor and record in an accurate and timely manner any changes in patient status or behavior, or any unusual incidents observed.;
Participate in agency performance improvement activities designed to enhance the quality of patient care and customer service.;
