Greet and assist customers, promote products and deliver outstanding customer service;
Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick and pack orders, and complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities;
Research order shortages/overages, complete shipment check-in, and manage stock area; process order deliver and return transactions;
Replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory process;
Meet established performance standards including omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
