Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, staff, and patient movement in accordance with site protocols;
Support Allied Universal and site teams by completing assigned reports, maintaining a visible presence, and following post orders as working conditions vary throughout the location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed
