Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to control access, observe visitor activity, and/or report suspicious behavior or policy concerns;
Support healthcare operations by assisting with way finding, maintaining a visible presence, and/or following post orders related to after-hours access, restricted areas, and incident reporting
