Whatyou’ll do
- Manage large-scale, multi-phase civil site development projects for mission critical clients
- Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for site grading, water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
- Lead project teams to deliver design solutions that meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical guidance and project updates
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to support design development and project execution
- Monitor project performance including scope, schedule, and budget
- Support proposal development and contribute to project planning efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
- 6+ years of experience in civil engineering design
- Experience producing site design plans for large-scale, multi-phase projects
- Strong understanding of civil site development including grading and utility infrastructure
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus
- Strong leadership abilities and experience working within project teams
- Understanding of business metrics for project success
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

- Schedule:
On‑site, Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.;
Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
