Provide home‑health physical therapy services to patients, using evidence‑based practices and collaborating with the health care team.

• Active Alabama Home Health license
• Minimum 2 years of professional physical therapy experience
• Will begin on 01/05/2026 and end on 04/05/2026 (assignment term)
