Master Data Specialist
The Master Data Specialist is responsible for the accurate, timely administration of Supply Chain Master Data within the ERP/MRP system, including interpreting and executing requests for new or updated data and managing change workflows across item master data, source lists, BOMs, and formulas.
Position SummaryThis position is 100% on‑site at the Greenville site.
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

The Role- Subject Matter Expert to others in the organization for master data conversions
- Exhibits a solid understanding of the processes for the data domain assigned and how it supports the organization’s business processes
- Key role in governing the system master data and data quality for Supply Chain; support the MCS master item data
- Develop procedures and processes to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs requirements
- Ensure documentation is maintained for all imports and exports
- Coordinate material requirement planning and MRP calculations for pre‑commercial operations
- Collaborate with relevant teams to oversee inventory and procurement activities
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain with three years of related experience, or Bachelor’s degree with four years of related experience, or Associate degree with five years of related experience required
- Experience in manufacturing/supply chain environments required
- Experience using ERP systems; APICs certification preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industry preferred
- Ability to analyze large data sets with a deep understanding of the business process in order to assess data quality issues
- Experience with change and incident management and implementation of new processes
- Experience demonstrating good documentation practices, strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify root causes for remediation
- Requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time and the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
