Hatchery Workers
Hatchery Workers work alongside team members to handle daily operations inside an egg-to-chick facility, performing tasks like egg traying, chick processing, and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities:Comfortable working with live birds.
Maintain proper bird handling.
Adhere to Company, Safety, and Animal Welfare policies and procedures.
All other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements:No previous experience required; will train.
Previous hatchery experience preferred.
Able to lift 10+ lbs, and push 75+ lbs.
Work well in a small team environment.
