Role Overview

This position involves providing home infusion nursing care, administering specialty medications including IV infusions, and coordinating patient care in their homes. The nurse will collaborate with care teams, document treatments, and serve as the primary contact for patient updates, demonstrating clinical autonomy to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Active RN license in the practice state.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience, with at least 1 year in critical, acute, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
• Availability for a 40‑hour workweek, including evenings and weekends if needed.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.

• Administer safe and effective specialty medications in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to support holistic patient well‑being.
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and patient progress.
• Coordinate care and serve as the primary point of contact for patients.
• Make clinical decisions independently to optimize health outcomes.
