Job Summary

Full‑time Retail Sales Associate at Walmart Wireless Services, located in Greenville, AL. You will assist customers with post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, accessories, and service plans while meeting monthly sales quotas.

• Engage with customers in the wireless services section of Walmart.
• Advise customers on post‑paid/pre‑paid plans, accessories, and service plans.
• Uncover customer needs and overcome objections.
• Build professional relationships with customers and teammates.
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and celebrate successes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work station.
• Accurately document and report sales and activity to Retail Operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of wireless products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
