Positions Available Full Time Day Shift6:00 AM - 6:00PM
Competitive Nurse Pay- Registered Nurse (RN):
Starting at $38.00/hour
- +$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
- +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential
- Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase based on performance

- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care
- Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Supervise and support CNAs
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Compassionate and resident-focused
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
