Registered Nurse; RN

Salary: $30.00 - $40.65 per hour, depending on shift and experience

• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Use positive communication to make each patient feel informed, understood, and special.
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications orally, subcutaneously, or IV; report adverse reactions per policy.
• Adhere to business conduct standards and compliance.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures.
• Record patient medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment; interpret and record electronic displays.
• Initiate corrective action when patients display adverse symptomatology.
• Provide bedside care for various medical patients, including pre‑ and post‑surgery patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
• Prepare equipment and aid physician during examination and treatment.
• Respond to life‑saving situations per nursing standards and protocol.
• Participate in discharge planning.
• Use time‑management skills.
• Record all care information concisely, accurately, and completely in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned, depending on setting.

• Current RN license in the state.
• Up‑to‑date first aid and CPR certification.
• At least one year RN experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Matrix Care preferred.
