Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide direct patient care in the Transitional Care department. You will work under the supervision of RNs, nurse practitioners, PAs, or physicians.
Responsibilities include patient assessments, data collection, administering medications, and patient education tailored to age and cultural needs. LPN licensure in Kentucky is required; BLS certification within 45 days. 7p-7a shifts, 0.9 FTE.
