Corewell Health -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provides direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse, consistent with policies and procedures of the unit.;
Responsible for direct day-to-day care of assigned residents/patients including dressing, bathing, transporting and feeding.;
Documents care provided as directed in a manner consistent with guidelines.;
Maintains patients environment/work area/equipment, and communicates any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department/unit personnel.;
Participation in select unit quality monitoring activities under the direction of the Unit Manager or Nurse Leader.
