NW Services PEACE Program is a high school student exchange program founded in 1996 with the mission of fostering cultural understanding and tolerance among nations to build lasting global friendships. Through partnerships with families and communities, the program enriches lives by promoting cross-cultural exchange and understanding at the family level. NW Services is dedicated to creating opportunities for youth worldwide to experience diverse cultures and nurture lifelong connections.

Role Description NWS IS SEEKING LOCAL COORDINATORS IN YOUR AREA!

Join a dynamic and caring team! NW Services, a non-profit student exchange organization, is now recruiting Local Coordinators in your area. Our mission: “ PEACE” (Promoting Educational and Cultural Exchange). Our program is designed as a cultural exchange experience that will foster goodwill through positive personal experience for our students, host families, and schools.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a necessity.
  • Telephone and good emails skills required
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Flexible attitude is a must.
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
  • Good relationships with school and community are a plus!
  • Experience with teens and/or other cultures is a plus!
  • Watch an inital introductry video detailing the position description and compensation.
  • Must be Self - Motivated and Reliable
COMMUNITY COORDINATORS HAVE TWO PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Seek and qualify VOLUNTEER families in your community and assist with their selection of an international student to host.

2. Assist with Arrivals and Orientations. Provide ongoing supervision, support for the student, host family, and school during the student's stay.

Some of our best coordinators also host international students!

REWARDS:
Compensation ranges from $800 to $1000 or more per student, domestic and international travel incentive and the knowledge that you are making a difference.
