Provide, lead, and collaborate on patient care plans, manage and deliver care to patients in Greenville and surrounding areas, and ensure timely charting and documentation. Deliver industry‑leading therapy and nursing expertise that exceed national benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area.

• RN license in the state where you work.
• Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.
• One year of RN experience and clinical competence to deliver quality patient care.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
• Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
• Ability to self‑manage your time and schedule.
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
