CMM Technician

Summary

The CMM Technician is responsible for ensuring quality requirements are met throughout the shift using CMM and assorted gauges, and special wheel test equipment.

• Sample Dicastal Processes using CMM programs and assorted gauges, special wheel test equipment.
• Make sure the sampling plan and 1st piece inspections are performed and communicated on the production floor.
• Assist in sorting and containment activities.
• Data entry and analysis SPC charts.
• Complete all required paperwork neatly and in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned or designated.

• H.S. Diploma.
• Some knowledge of basic computer skills (Microsoft office).
• How to operate CMM and Hand gauges.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve.

• Must be able to work in a hot environment.
• Must be able to lift varying weights.
