• Greet guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments
• Prepare and package food and drink products
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom, and exterior
• Ensure health and safety standards are met in work areas
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Check food quality and temperature throughout the day to ensure freshness and safety
• Unload and stock inventory items as needed
• Act with integrity and honesty, and promote the culture of Popeyes

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 15 pounds of force frequently
• Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous items weighing no more than 60 pounds
• Consistently operate registers and handle product preparation
• Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
• Frequently stoop and pick up supplies and trash
• Consistently push to open and close doors to store and storage areas
• Consistently stand during serving customers and training
• Consistently communicate with team members and guests
• Consistently lift for product preparation, stocking, and inventory
