$41,000 annual base pay plus monthly bonus opportuities!

As a new Full Time Automotive Sales Consultant, your daily responsibilities will include actively engaging with customers to assess their automotive needs and preferences. You will showcase our diverse range of vehicles, providing detailed product knowledge and demonstrating key features. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience, participating in team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights.
You're expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Regularly updating inventory and assisting with vehicle presentation will also be part of your routine. Your role will require you to uphold our core values of honesty, respect, and excellence while contributing to a fun and energetic work environment.
What you need to be successfulTo succeed as an Automotive Sales Consultant, strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the key link between our vehicles and customers. Additionally, we are looking for someone with:
- Minimum of 2+ years of automotive sales experience
- Experience in selling new and/or used vehicles
- Documented history as a top producer
- Strong closing skills and customer-focused mindset
