OverviewRivers & Associates, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Resident Project Representative for the Greenville, NC office.
Responsibilities- Candidates are responsible for daily project representation/inspection for the construction of water, sewer, drainage and roadway projects in eastern North Carolina.
- Implement field and office procedures.
- Be proficient in verbal communication with field and office personnel.
- Routinely write inspection reports and other miscellaneous correspondence.
- Computer skills and ability to comprehend and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts are required.
- A Bachelor of Science or Associate degree in construction management, planning, or engineering field is preferred.
- Two (2) years of design or construction related experience.
- Certification by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies is not required but considered a plus.
