• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Provide therapeutic services and exercises to improve speech, language, and swallowing functions.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies for effective communication and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to monitor and report on patient progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment plans, goals, and improvements.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in speech therapy and apply new techniques as appropriate.

• A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• A valid state licensure (or the ability to obtain licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• 1-3 years of clinical experience working with adults or elderly patients (though new graduates are welcome to apply!).
• A strong understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders, with expertise in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
• Proficiency in maintaining records and using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on best practices in speech therapy.
