Location: Repair Shop

Seeking an experienced Equipment Repair Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and service industrial and contractor equipment, including welding machines, transformers, and small engines. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work overtime when needed.

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on various equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair gas/diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and aerial platforms.
• Complete work orders and maintain organized work area.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Work independently and as part of a team; other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED (Technical school preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience repairing tools/equipment/machinery (construction equipment preferred).
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, schematics, drivetrain, and engines.
• Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, climbing, prolonged standing).
• Willingness to travel occasionally and obtain required certifications (forklift, aerial platform, OSHA).
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and customer service skills.
• Must supply own repair tools; bench equipment provided.
• Overtime and weekend work as needed.

Miller certification; experience with mobile HVAC systems.

• Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, and heavy physical work.
• Shop setting with exposure to heat, noise, humidity, and moving parts.
• Use of PPE required, occasional stress due to deadlines.
