Self-Help in Durham, NC is seeking a Non-Profit Accountant to join our mission-driven team. You’ll produce monthly financial statements, post journal entries, reconcile ledgers, and ensure GAAP-compliant revenue recognition for grant agreements, while collaborating with auditors and program staff.
Strong nonprofit accounting experience and proficiency with Sage 100 and/or Yardi are preferred, along with a related degree and CPA/MAC/JD where possible.
