Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Position Summary
This role focuses provides direct administrative support for the Executive Director of Health Care Philanthropy as well as the health care development team.
Responsibilities Administrative Operations:- Manage calendars, schedules and correspondence for Executive Director of Health Care Philanthropy and other members of the health care development team as appropriate.
- Coordinates meetings, including preparation of materials, logistics and recording of minutes.
- Serve as back-up for answering ECU Heath Foundation main phone line as well as greet visitors to the building in conjunction with other administrative support staff.
- Work with development team to support donor recognition and gift processing workflows as needed.
- Prepares routine correspondence memos, letters, reports and other materials.
- Support donor stewardship and engagement activities to include but not limited to: event set-up, management, catering, etc.
- Performs secretarial and clerical duties as assigned.
- Process travel arrangements for health care development team.
- Process invoices and track expenses for health care development team.
- Assist in budget development as needed.
- Assist with updating foundation database as directed by development team to include but not limited to: updating address, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.
- Other Duties may be assigned
Experience:
- Minimum qualifications include a high school graduate with additional two years of education in secretarial science, business administration, or related education/training required.
- 1-3 years of experience of executive level administrative support is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high volume of diverse assignments while effectively handling competing priorities and maintaining accuracy is required. Ability to learn organization's database, content management system and other software is required.
- Meticulous grammar, editing, writing skills are required. Must have excellent organizational skills and be guided by a compelling client/customer orientation.
- Persuasive oral and written communication skills are required.
- To perform this job competently, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty competently.

Skills:
- Works well with donors, volunteers, executive leadership, physician leadership and other administration.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and solid knowledge of fundraising.
- Computer skills are essential and include word processing, spreadsheet creation/management, database management, fundraising software, planned giving software and other relevant software packages.
$21.10 - $30.76/hr
Other Information- Onsite role (based out of Greenville, NC)
- Monday - Friday full-time day shift
