Ideal candidate should be reliable and punctual. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace is a plus.
Organizing documents and maintaining confidentiality with an attention to detail will also be highly regarded.
Job Duties- First point of contact for visitors
- Copy/Filing
- Light research duties
- Communications - verbal and electronic
- Supporting club organizers, faculty and staff
- Office Mail and interdepartmental mail
- Other office duties as required
